IMD PICTURES
Tony, G0GFL & Nicky, M5YLO have sent me some great

GREAT DAY - AS USUAL
IMD2006 well-delegated by 2E1GOQ Graham, who even
delegated himself to Tescos to purchase sausages &
beefburgers AND delegated himself as
Barbecuer-in-Chief!! Well done all. A most
enjoyable Night and Day. The Man Himself would

IMD 2006 PICTURES
A selection of pictures from Geoff, G4XUG and
Mike, M0VET have now been added to the IMD 2006
folder. The pictures are not in any particular
order but they are grouped by the last part of the
file name which identifies the picture taker: 'gw'
is Graham, 2E1GOQ, 'tm' is Tony, G0GFL, 'gp' is
Geoff, G4XUG/Mike, M0VET and 'grw' is me. I can
supply higher resolution copies if anybody wants

Nothe Fort 2006
I'd like to thanks to Rob G0RYL for beening the
station manager and to Peter Clifford M0PTR,
RSGB Deputy Manager for Region 11 for popping in
to say hello and to the guys from the Yeovil,to
thank the fort staff and everybody who came to
help out.

International Lighthouse and Lightship Weekend 2006
21/08/06 - I have now posted some pictures kindly
provided by Graham, 2E1GOQ of this years event.
WEYMOUTH STONE PIER LIGHT (ENG-162) is located at
the entrance to Weymouth Harbour.

Lighthouse 2006
I'd like to thank all those who turned up and
helped with the set up and running of Lighthouse
at the Noth Fort. Hope to see you all soon.

The Nothe fort was an excellent do. I wasn't
there, as I am 5000 miles away, but it was
fantastic to see the pictures.

GX3SDS IMW 2007
GX3SDS wil be operating from the Nothe Fort
Weymouth for International Museums Weekend June
the 16th and 17th 2007. Pictures of last years
event are posted on this web site. In 2005/6 we
used GB0NFM (Nothe Fort Museum) and in 2004 the
event was combined with the commemoration of the
60th Anniversary of D-Day. This year we are
using the South Dorset Radio Society callsign
GX3SDS. The official IMW web site with a list of
other museums and radio societies taking part
